STRIVING TO MAKE THE ESTATE PLANNING PRACTICE BETTER

Katie is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and has been practicing as a trusts and estates lawyer for 20 years. She recently left "big firm" practice to found a boutique firm, Eidos Legacy PS, in Seattle and work on tech projects.

A self-described "forms nerd," Katie's passion has been to find ways to make the estate planning practice better. She has always been the head of the firm forms committee, has drafted UTC legislation for Washington and has written and spoken on many topics.

Bethany is the Owner of Docugility, LLC, a world-class document automation consultancy, and is an expert in all things related to document automation. She has been a top automation consultant for bar associations, law firms, and banks for over 25 years.

Bethany truly enjoys working with lawyers to design and build complex and sophisticated estate planning systems, which is how she met Katie. She understands the complexity of trusts and estates documents and loves hearing "Wow, it's magic!," when a project is complete.
