Where Do I Login To My Account?

How Do I Sign Up?
Click HERE to go to our platform website. You’ll create a new account and then be able to login to our software. Upon logging in, take the “Quick Tour”!
You can also go directly to the “Store” menu and click on the “Free Trial” button for any library you’d like to try. No credit card is needed to get started.
What kind of security does Agile EP use?
Agile EP has its own dedicated XpressDox server. XpressDox Servers are securely hosted with Azure in the USA, Canada, Germany, and Australia. All XpressDox Cloud-hosted servers are managed, with full backup and geo-redundancy.
What kind of software do I need to use your system?
Our software system runs on an XpressDox Publisher platform, which provides you with access to the XpressDox technology without having to pay for an XpressDox license – saving you $59 a month per user! Therefore, you only need to subscribe to our platform. You will, however, need to use Microsoft Word to be able to download and use the assembled documents.
Do I need to use your product on a Mac or a PC?
Because our products are accessed and assembled in the cloud, you can access it using a Mac or a PC. You will need access to the internet and Microsoft Word (for Mac or PC) to download and use the assembled documents.
How long are your assembled Wills/Revocable Trusts?
We pride ourselves on designing complex documents that are easier to read and feel custom to your clients. We want you to feel proud delivering your work product to your clients. The longest, most complex form we have (e.g., with GST Tax, full dynasty planning, with closely-held-business issues is about 35 pages). Our simplest Will (e.g., all outright to a spouse with disposition to children via UTMA accounts at the second death) is about 10 pages.
Can I add my own forms to your library?
Unfortunately, no. Only Agile can add forms to a library. We are always adding more options and forms so if there is a particular option or form that you would for us to consider, please send it to us at support@agile-ep.com.
Who maintains these forms?
All of our forms, whether in the client intake package or the complete library, were created by estate planning attorneys, developed over decades of practice. We aim to maintain these forms as laws change and notify our users when updates are made (typically once a month).
Can I edit any of these forms?
You can edit a form just like any other word document AFTER it has been assembled and downloaded from the cloud. If instead you have suggestions, revisions, or a wish list document for our library, please contact our support team – we would love to coordinate with you!
What Documents Can I Generate Using Your Software?
Our software provides comprehensive document drafting for Washington and Oregon attorneys. Our platform includes Wills, Revocable Trusts—both joint and individual—Financial and Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, Trust Funding Instructions, comprehensive Plan Summaries nd even real estate deeds. What is Your Background?
Our founding attorney is Katie Groblewski. Katie has been an trusts & estates lawyer for going on 23 years. She is an ACTEC fellow and has spent a career in big law firms working on cases that range from the simple to the very complex. In the last four years, Katie started my own small firm and this software company, Agile Estate Planning.
Our founding tech partner is Bethany Keaveny. Bethany has over 25 years of experience in document automation consulting and has built hundreds of estate planning forms systems for her clients.
What is "Plain Language" Drafting?
Our document templates use a plain language approach by eliminating legalese like “heretofore” and we use modern font, legal numbering, and non-binary pronouns when wanted. We believe that estate planning works better when clients can read and follow the flow of their documents whenever possible.
What is Included in the Plan Summaries?
Your subscription will allow you to produce a narrative summary of each estate plan you’ve drafted. The summaries track the documents and endeavor to explain complex plans in simple prose to help your clients feel at ease with what they’re signing. They hit the highlights of what clients care about the most, but they also aim to cover important topics that should be explained.
Why should I use an Online Questionnaire?
A report from a leading consumer researcher found that 54% of people polled said they would always choose an automated option over human interaction if it saved them 10 minutes. Using online tools became even more popular during the pandemic. An online questionnaire allows clients to enter their information on their own time, at their own pace.
Where is client data kept once entered?
All data related to a client is saved in an “answer file” tied to that client’s name for easy identification. The answer file is saved in XpressDox cloud-hosted servers and is only available to users connected to your firm’s subscription. You can also download any client’s answer file and save it onto your local hard drive if you wish.
Can I add my own questions to the Questionnaire?
Not currently. But if you would like to add some questions, please send them to support@agile-ep.com and we will review and consider adding them. We are constantly updating the questionnaires based on user feedback.
What Help Screens are available to help my client fill out the Questionnaire?
We have included a full help screen, including estate planning topics, for your clients. This is accessible to them in their questionnaire, but you can view it HERE.
Does the client get a copy of the information that they entered?
Yes, you have an option to choose whether or not they can download the completed questionnaire.
How do I get a copy of the completed Questionnaire?
When you share the interview with the client, you have an option to email the completed questionnaire to someone at your office once the client has submitted the data.
Can I password protect the link that I send the Client?
Yes, when you share the interview with the client, you have an option to generate a PIN for the questionnaire link which you can share with them in separate communication.
Can I give them a timeframe to answer the questions?
Yes, you can choose to expire the link after a certain number of days.
